Kaffe Fassett, man of color, colour man, color paths filled with flower stems، spooling out over the world like the finest thread and the most subtle yarns - pastel shades,،soft greys,،delicate greens of gentle spring، plunging and dipping over the river like a swallow,، oriental moods Chinese robes, lavender fields، chevron,،purple and mauve, rich orange-reddish autumnal scenery. Kaffe، the free spirit color man you happen across in a wool shop with a smile or under a tree beaming like a lantern.

Wow, 85 & oh so fabulous! I h/b collecting your fabric for several years now & have made many beautiful quilts including with some of your patterns. I had an entire cabinet built-in just to house all of your collections & I too love circles. Altho I have never met you I have a picture of you & Brandon looking over one of my strip quilts made entirely of your fabric & framed with strips of salvages, mostly yours. My friend took a class from you & brought my quilt to share. Happy birthday Kaffe & keep on designing so we can keep on quilting. ❤
