Kagame says he will not arrest Bashir

Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame says his Sudanese counterpart Omar-el-Bashir is free to attend the Africa Union Summit scheduled for July in the Rwandan capital Kigali. Kagame made the remarks at the World Economic Forum just a day after President Museveni railed against the world court much to the disappointment of foreign diplomats.

What is ICC doing for Africa's development? Arresting leaders will not fix the problems we have in AFRICA and in the world. And how did the African leaders joined the so-called ICC, to begin with? African leaders, you still have lots of things to do and you still have to withdraw from many bandages in order to free yourselves.

lul yusuf samantar how many people Bush killed in Iraq and still supported by the so called ICC? How many people Blair, Chilac, killed with the complicity of international justice? How many they killed in Libya still counting? How many people the EU migration law is forcing to die in Lampedusa? Have ever hard any of those introduced to face any justice? So why should we blindly follow rules they establish just to have us on leash? What other things you think we share voluntarily?
