Ye cloud is the only character im nasty with and i cant get past 11 mil gsp so whatever bro 😢

@@originoa It might be the case that it's harder to increase GSP with a character as popular as Cloud.

I think playing Marth can help you get good at the game. being rewarded by tippers teaches you spacing which is good for offense and defense.

Except the one commentator talked over everyone but they were grrat besides that

No, Lucina is better, she is simply more consistent and that helps in most confrontations, what happens is that Flow has a lot of experience in this matchup because of Leon, and Marth is a good character but not at all better than Lucina.

​@@AngelFT Marth's meta is currently better than Lucina, as rush down characters are struggling. That is why Roy has fallen off in the past year. This is why Pink Fresh and Leo are opting to use Marth instead of Lucina. Marth is just now close to being optimized, as you can see from some new combos that Leo pulled off in the tournament last week. Mr. E for example has a horrible Marth because he just plays him like Lucina. That is pretty much why everyone aside from Ignaize and Leo have failed to do anything with the character. I've played solo Marth the past few years after being a Lucina main. Her being more consistent has not aged well. I consistently kill people with Marth at around 50%. The window for some of his combos is very small and you must know what to go for and when. For example sour upair combos into tipper forward smash from about 25-35% depending on the weight. It's a true combo. tipper down air to tipper forward smash is true from about 50%-60% on most of the cast. If they are in the 70% range you can follow the down air with a tipper up smash. There is fade back nair 1 into foward smash or forward tilt. This is true from about 50% - 100%. There is down tilt to tipper down smash. I could go on. Marth is the future, Lucina is the past.

​@@AngelFTmain issue is that lucina will always kill later than marth and marth has higher peaks. Every lucina main who "tried" marth played him only for a few weeks and played him like it was lucina without actually learning anything about the tipper stuff. This doesn't mean lucina is bad but you have to outplay your opponent so much to do anything with her and doing comebacks with her is nearly impossible at top level play. Although I do think she is still good and she and marth should be used in tandem in specific mus she isn't enough to compete nowadays and lucina mains should imo start working on a marth co main and they should train it seriously.

Especially in this mu too, marth being able to out range roy while getting tippers is very powerful and killing earlier than lucina allows the player to go toe to toe with roy's killing abilities
