Don’t deny your feelings. Crying is okay, it means you are hurting. My therapist told me that I was denying myself because I kept saying I would cry and be angry for no reason, I learned that I’m hurting myself by saying that. That it isn’t true. It’s your heart calling out to you. It’s saying you need a hug, that you just need to cry, that you need a break. Don’t push away your feelings and don’t say they are unreasonable. Accept it and remember that your body is saying you are not okay right now. Don’t hate yourself for it. I cry all the time, I have mental breakdowns and cry from stress and my mental issues, but it’s not unreasonable. Emotions are emotions, they aren’t something to hate. It means you are human. 💜

Can you do one were tsukki is still very vulgar and rude to Yamaguchi and yamaguchi always say “gomen tsukki” because his parents are rude and always put him down and make things look like his fault so he’s learned to always say sort but one day he snaps at tsukki and tells him the truth about everything.
