UPDATED BUILD AND EMBLEM AT THE END! If you’re questioning on why I use temporial reign, it’s really suitable for Kagura (in my opinion), it gives other skills CDR after using ultimate. However, you don’t see me using it in this video as these games were played BEFORE I thought of using temporial reign. As for using starlium scythe, it is perfect to kill higher max hp heroes with the true damage from its passive. In my build, theres also blood wings. Some teammates doubted me when they saw I had blood wings and said “gg bloodwings” or “gg mage” but they don’t know how op it is! I didn’t let them stop me from playing well though they kept trashtalking. Don’t be affected by others and always trust yourself! 🌷🔥☂️ -Rei.
Hello! Mage and assassin emblem are different in their own ways. Most of the time I prefer assassin for the adaptive PEN and movement speed, but I use mage whenever I need some CDR (I use CDR build with mage emblem whenever I need, e.g when enemy has dashy heroes like ling or lancelot.). Mage gives magic power as well, but I prefer PEN. Why? Because magic power gives an advantage over squishy heroes, but all the while more defense for tankier heroes to counter with. However, with PEN, it gives an advantage over not only squishy heroes but high hp ones too. Anymore questions?
