They won't mention each other in their own streams, or at least not out loud, but obviously they still hang out off stream, and a lot too.

They can definitely collab if they want to. After all, it's not like they make any effort to hide the fact that they're very close friends, as this very clip shows, so there's no big leap from there to collab'ing. They don't do it probably because it's just not worth the hassle. It's not like they need to prove anything to anybody by broadcasting their friendship to the entire world.

@@lildyo mea has a large billibilli audience, aqua mea used to be HUGE in china until the coco fiasco, they haven't collabed together since. But yeah I doubt they actually can't collab just don't want to
