I am a Punahou alum and have been to many high school games over the past 40 years but I have never seen anything like what I saw the past two years during the state championship. The Kahuku fans are amazing. I'd put them up against college fan base in the country. Truly a pleasure to see such passion. You deserve the success your community has received. Congratulations.

There is a tremendous passion for Kahuku football in the community that is obvious by this video. Samoans know what people are saying behind their backs. They know the stereotypes of them. Football is something they can take great pride in. Totally home grown team, no recruits as is the case with Hawaii private schools like Iolani.
