Welcome back to the chaos club! Kai is really good at making a difference in his music decisions as a solo artist who knows exactly how to make a difference with the vocals and choreography department with the right amount of swag and confidence. Kai's very smart not to repeat previous concepts and style of music, so all his three albums are impossible to compare, each one is so different, but quality and artistry stays at the highest level, because it's Kai, Art himself.
Kai's sound in general hard-core gives me, like, late 90s/early 00s female r&b vibes (think Mya, Brandy, Aaliyah like for real, why did this hella remind me of More Than a Woman by Aaliyah) and I am absolutely here for it. It's a distinct sound that isn't obnoxious but yet is refined and sexy and sleek and I've felt this way ever since the very first EP. It's why his EPs are honestly my favorite, there just aren't many in kpop owning this space as well as he does. We don't even need to talk about the dancing. I mean, we are talking about the Idols' Idol here. But I really love this choreo. Another hit for King Kai 😭❤️🔥 So glad yall are back btw! ❤️ miss yall.
