They did the same for Lloyd's flashback in DR season 1 and for Cole (and I think Jay) in season 8 or 9. Seems the past wasn't altered after season 7.

@@Blaze88484 satisfying as in that you can tell the writers are trying to let are beloved ninja grow and mature that's why some people hate it bc it's not the same as the og seasons bc some people don't like change and that's completely understandable but this season is showing how much they have grown and the end of Ninjago of are ogs may be coming soon but not right now. That's why I'm satisfied it isn't perfect it isn't peak but it's still showing how much we've grown and how the ninja have grown. I understand if you don't like change but it's gonna happen no matter what.
