HAL Tejas fighters perform very well in terms of numerical performance. However, as the Russian-Ukrainian war escalates, a system of division into each camp is being implemented. But India's Tejas has limitations in missile operation. There are Russian missiles and there are Israeli missiles. And the tactical datalink is not linked to each faction. In overall performance and specifications the JF-17 and HALmk2 are much superior to the fa-50 fighting eagle, although the JF-17 capable of carrying less payload but it offers better thrust2weight ratio the few selling points for the fa-50 : 1- more reliable and durable than its counterpart especially from the eastern camp, for example, more than ten years ago there were only the Chinese JL8 (although it is much cheaper but less durable, and less versatile) and the L159 ALCA, although the it is also cheaper than the s.korean plane and considered an improvement over the legendary L39 Albatross, and therefore has a Long proven operational and combat record, but it remains a platform with an outdated design, and lower manufacturing quality, and less durable and reliable especially the lower structural life span, beside the L159 is capable of providing general advanced training experience, and does not have the advantages of adapting the trainee to the fighter aircraft that he will work on later... 2-It appeared at a time when there were not many advanced training aircraft capable of carrying out additional advanced combat duties... 3-It's brimming with advanced western and western quality technology, coupled with the hype of south Korean industrial and technological advancement which was reconquering the world... with prices hovering around 45 millions it is not considered a cheap platform compared with other light combat aircraft derived or developed from advanced training aircraft...
