I am homless, living out of my car I have my supplements I have all my tins of tuna and micowace rice penut butter and oatmeal, can't drive my car because can't afford insurance it's to high , wash all my clothes in a local dry cleaners take my bike 8 miles to the gym and back everyday then work in a fast food pizza place, I was second in the UK last year for teenage bodybuilding, i will do whatever it takes to reach my dreams no matter how bad it gets , if I have to live out my car and eat cans of fish for protien then so be it but I will not sit on my ass and make excuses about why I cannot go after my dream, the world can go against me but I will still come out on top !

The only reason why he hasn't beat Phil is because Phil has better genetics. It's sad because Kai works much harder than Phil yet Phil still somehow manages to beat Kai every time because of his genetics. Kai never complains or takes things for granted and he was given almost nothing in his childhood yet he still managed to because so successful in life. Im not saying that Phil had everything when he was a child, but the fact that Phil complains about how he had a rough childhood makes me really mad! I wish that Kai and Phil could trade genetics and see how much of a difference there would be.

When I was 18 I got into weight training. I would watch Kai Greene videos all the time. At 22 I'm now training for the Olympics in 2024. Kai has showed true WORK ETHIC, and what it takes to be chMpion. Even though I never met him, I credit him as a inspiration
