Get an independent scientist from KEMRI. Hide their face and get to work on the suspected cites like yesterday. Sue the involved countries. Probably European or North American. There's good money in case of successful litigation.

This is a death knell to the whole of North Eastern of Kenya. People are likely not to emmigrate there or develop as a result. More US travel advisories will be the order of the day to mzungus visiting the North under the guise of terror and insecurity. Kenyan government has really never wanted to establish enough military barracks there because the military intelligence has the receipts.
