I dont have words to express how much I love this movie a gem indeed

I dont like the fact that how the movie is so narrowed down now. I remember seeing so many deleted scenes on the internet which made alot of sense and added more depth to the movie such as the airplane scene, Jug telling her about Dona Maria (which inspired her to choose that as a topic for her short film) and many other scenes. But I personally like this movie alot its very therapeutic to watch.

Every time social media gets too toxic for me, I always come back to movies like Dear Zindagi, Kal ho na ho, ZNMD, and Dil chahta hai. These movies are like literal warm hug after a tiring day. The screenplay makes you feel like you are a part of the film and takes us along to a few hours ride.

Dear Zindagi is my favourite comfort movie. Every Time I watch this it makes my heart feel light and good. SRK Sir is so charming as Jug and Alia is so great as Kaira. Can't imagine someone else in the role of Jug, SRK is so perfect in it. I'm so glad they made this movie. This is not ur typical bolly movie, this is so different. It's a light-hearted, slice of life movie. Dear Zindagi feels like a huge, warm hug ♥️

Yarr ALIA and SRK acting is so natural.... Seriously they are the finest performers in India....

Finally someone has remembered this wonderful movie

I'm not a Shahrukh Khan fan. I don't like him in any way at all. But, this is one of the very few films where I liked Shahrukh Khan and his acting. His acting was outstanding in this film. He nailed this role and character fantastically 👌👌👌. I loved Shahrukh Khan's way of therapy and advice. His philosophies in this film were awesome. For once, Shahrukh Khan played a fresh character, unlike his melodramatic romantic films and anti - hero characters. He cheers you up in this film. This is his best performance to date 👌👌👌. This is one of the very few films where Shahrukh Khan did mature and sensible acting. The only 3 films where I liked Shahrukh Khan and his acting were Veer - Zaara, My Name Is Khan, and Dear Zindagi. These are his only best films to date 👌👌👌. In this film, Shahrukh Khan didn't overact or be loud or laugh like a psychopath. He wasn't irritating, unlike his other films such as Darr, Deewana, Baazigar, Anjaam, DDLJ, Ram Jaane, Yes Boss, Dil Toh Pagal Hai, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Duplicate, Baadshah, PBDHH, K3G, HTHS, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Chalte Chalte, KANK, Om Shanti Om, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, JTHJ, Chennai Express, Happy New Year, Dilwale, and JHMS. His acting made me sick in all these other films mentioned above 🤢🤢🤢🤢. He was annoying and loud af in all these films 😤😤😤😤. His acting made me feel like throwing up 🤮🤮🤮🤮. Shahrukh Khan's only best films and acting performances to date are : Veer - Zaara My Name Is Khan Dear Zindagi

I tried so hard to keep myself from quitting the movie in middle because of how cheap quality girl behaviour is shown... I thought i will wait for srk but that cheap quality behaviour i just couldn't handle it

typical rich people problems...multi millionaire father abandons daughter to go look for money to raise their kids...therefore daughter has abandonment issues and takes its out on unsuspecting men by cheating on them repeatedly :D I wonder what movie would they make on those who survive far graver problems and turn their lives around..the movie was nice..the theme wasn't
