When you will get any new stock idea in future, how will you decide whether it should be part of horizon, focused, top 10 or any other small case. And the analogy that you gave about HUL or Taj, there we as a customer can distinguish clear benefit of one over other, so are you saying that your one of your small case is better than other ? Please answer these are logical questions and by no means trolls. I want to decide which smallcase to choose, request everyone to like this comment so it reaches to sir. I was there in Germany and taking training from my team buddy there and she was so stressed because my company was going to give her a relieving letter right after completion of our training. Because the company was shifting its all back end work to India from Germany.
Basant sir, you are right about human life value. I was in serious condition in 2019 and ambulance took me to hospital which was in another state about 200 kms, wife ko alag se taxi bheji, surgery hui, 28 din hospital mein rha. All of this without any cost. Even for my wife there was no charges.Human life ki bahot value hai.

Sir Please analyze Rossari Biotech. The company has office very close to my office and now they have a new office building near by. I also know they make contract manufacturing of cloth washing detergent for Amazon as well as Bosch. But they also have multiple innovative products and have technocrat founders and workers. A person I used to ride share has always said good things about the company. Unfortunately with 15ish ROE and being a company in FMCG business but with no brand recollection I feel like they are a commodity company. I am very confused. Please guide as the con call just makes me feel like management is extremely sharp but not polished at all and lack a drive for growth

Sir it's not true. You need IDP with your indian licence. I recently drove in Italy, Croatia. The car rental people don't ask for IDP but if the police catch you, you will need to show it.
