Kaitlyn Vong is a member of Team CBR and an instructor at Victory Martial Arts in Maryland. She has been making waves in the women's divisions for the past few years and in 2022, she was on stage at the 2022 US Capitol Classics competing for the overall title for women's forms. This routine is intended for display and entertainment purposes only and not intended for self-defense. Ms. Vong also trains in traditional martial arts but the rules for this event allowed her to use more creative techniques and skills to show the extent of her talent coupled with her martial arts background. She also competes in traditional divisions with an emphasis on Korean styles.
