Hello Sir... I love this series and I can relate with all the things which you are mentioning here as a student. Jese apne Exercise wali video me kaha tha ke light exercise kro, Mene Gym shuru kia tha ek baar to saare din mind bhi tired rehta tha kyunki guys Body ko recovery ka time bhi chaiye or fir diet bhi uss hisab se leni pdhi hai or aise krke bahot time waste ho jata hai. Pichle kuch dino se 5-5 minute do pranayam krta hu or 5 minute light exercise or stretching (coz padhte hai to fir betha rhna pdta hai sare din) . Jai Hind🇮🇳
I was also doing many of these methods, knowingly or unknowingly, i didn't knew the exact foreign names of these methods , just goal was in front & mind slowly slowly find the path & with practice &self analysis u improve on these methods, but apne inn sabi ko ek series mai compile karke bahut time save karwa diya ,thank you v much sir, waiting for further sessions...

Sir mere ek problem revision hai jab maine kuch padhta hu to tab to samjh ajata hai par baad maine bhul jata hu. Or sir 24 --7 ---1 technique beech maine kabhi revise karta hun to sir nehi kar pata hu . Us din par or bhi new padhna hota hai Kai bar 2 revision sath maine lagani padti hai jaise 24 hr revision and 1 week revision of previous topic and sir syllabus bhi karna hota hai. !?? Meri ek bahot bari doubt hai mai book reading karti hu to mujhe samjh nahi aati ki Mai padhte time kis chij ko underline karungi kisko highlights karungi kya upsc ke topper padhte time ek alag approach rakhta hai agar rakhte hai to wo approach mujhe sikhni hai please sir i request you meri iss problem ko solve kar dijiye.mai Hindi medium ke aspirants hu . Aur sir yeh bhi bata dijiyega ki first reading karne ke badh kya agle din revision karte time wapas se wo pura chapter padhu ya highlights topic but sir first reading me to highlight karungi nahi to Aaj jo padhu usko kal revision kaise karu.👏👏
