Can you please translate what the Lady on Loud Speaker is saying over and over?! I read that During Covid, Vietnam brought back the daily Loud Speaker Announcements & that I understand, to help keep ppl safe. But the article said that Vietnam decided to go ahead &. Keep the Announcements going over the loud speakers!! Only What are they saying each day!? I noticed this on every single RU-vid channel that I've watched from Vietnam! Sometimes it sounds like someone is driving by w a loud speaker and microphone on top of their vehicle & sometimes it sounds like a prerecorded message from a loud speaker on a pole!! Sometimes a woman's voice, sometimes a man's voice, always sounds different too !? Does each city , town and village have the same messages and announcements? Or are they different depending on location ? Please could you tell me what was said on announcement in today's video? And also answer my other questions as to why they are continuing the announcements? Surely they aren't still about COVID-19 or wearing masks and washing hands are they!? LOL and do you get every day loud speaker announcements or once WK!? Are they the same thing being said each day!? I'm truly interested in this! I find learning about other countries and their practices so very interesting!!! I love Vietnam! I'd love to visit one day! Especially the beaches! And SamSon City!
