KAKASHI VS OBITO! || Naruto Shippuden REACTION: Episode 375. This Naruto Shippuden reaction took place right after Naruto and Sasuke's Inferno Rasenshuriken against the 10 tails! However, shortly after it cut back to the Kamui dimension where Kakashi and Obito are alone to 1v1. This fight was one of the best fights I've ever seen. Kakashi vs Obito was legendary, and the only complaint I have is it was so short. After the amazing fight, Obito went back to the normal world, and was being "controlled" by Madara to Gedo Renne Rebirth, but Obito fought it and sucked the 10 tails into himself, becoming the 10 tails Jinchuriki :O

Can you imagine what was going through Minato's head? He just found out that the person who killed his wife, destroyed his son's life less than an hour after he was born and forced himself to sacrifice his life was his very own student. One that he thought had died only an year ago, one he thought he had failed to save. He just found that the person who ruined the greatest moment of his life was his very own student. That, to me, is the most powerful part of this episode.

I wish we could have seen more of what Minato was feeling. I know it is the middle of war and he is keeping a cool head but still I wish I could have seen more.

Normally in anime fights they will talk for long periods of time, especially if it's a rival fight. They will explain how they feel about each other and what drives them, and there will be a lot of inner thought. This fight is completely silent yet you feel and think everything they would have said as if it was one of the classic anime fights. You know their bond, the way they did this fight is perfection.

I'd argue otherwise. IRL ninja are supposed to be assassins. A full-on fight is the least ninja like thing I can think of, in the context of a war. Something Tobirama does later on, waiting for his enemy to feel he's won before striking, is far more ninja-like. And before you ask, I don't really go to parties.

Leon hard because of all the buildup that’s been happening for hundreds of episodes finally coming to a head, them fighting with taijustu, and standard ninjutsu like fireball and the mudwall. The music hammering home the feels, this fight was just perfect in all aspects, and reminded us of why we love naruto so much.

The flying raijin mark that never dissapeared was the one that Minato put at him back when they fought during the Nine Tails Attack. Minato didn't know that was Obito just that it was the masked man, he wasn't there for the Obito reveal, so he found out when he slashed him.

Minato marked Obito's back after rasengan-ing him, not when he was a child, which is why he realized he was the same person: he jumped to the marking of the "masked man" and was brought to Obito, and so he put two and two together.

Minato didn't mark obito when he was a child. He marked him when they first fought when he was still wearing a mask and chain and when he attacked the lead village. Minato just teleported to the same mark he placed on to obito at that time. He had no idea it was obito he marked. That's why he was surprised when he teleported to the mark it was obito

"How strong is Obito to have a hole through the chest, get slashed near the neck by Minato, and yet he can pull himself back and repel control from Madara?" This was a huge gamble on Obito's part that paid off. Note his final words to Kakashi: "you won this battle but not the war" If he didn't get the Ten Tails into himself, he probably would've indeed died. Even the Black Zetsu controlling him probably took damage too from both Kakashi and Minato (might not entirely be the same, but recall the time that Kiba did 'splash' damage too when Sakon tried to take over his body way back).

I am so in love with your reactions. Series with Japanese audio, screen with anime is nice to watch. And especially you guys. Your thoughts, your reactions, how close these characters to you. It reminds me one of my best friends. We watched Naruto always together, discussed every new episode, theorized about what happened next. The fun fact is that Kushina (Naruto's mother) favorite student is Obito.... she dreaming to have innocent and pure kid like Obito and then they (Minato and Kushina) got Naruto. and also Obito and Kakashi is like Naruto and Sasuke Rivalry back then.
