Serious question: Where are all the teachers in Hyakkaou Academy? Why didn't they do anything at all to stop their students from gambling in the first place?

For people who are wondering about the school teaching system, school, things like grades and stuff don’t matter, it all relies on how well your ranking is. To sum it up the school doesn’t care if you’re smart or not and the teaching doesn’t really matter. the school surrounds gambling. Teachers continue to teach but it really doesn't matter since as long as you're proficient at gambling. and since the school surrounds the thought of gambling it would make sense that teachers don't stop the gambling. And because they said any gambling they did took place after class, so the students would still learn during periods but they had constant breaks where they could gamble during. And the last fact is that they go to a school were it’s kind of like a democracy. Where technically the students follow the council, so idk if there’s a principal but they follow specifically after the council. But it is shown they do have some rules. I don’t know how far the rules go if they allow Russian roulette as a ok gamble. They don’t really matter in the show since they do teach but they’re teaching doesn’t matte

I find it hilarious how borderline fan-servicy this opening is, even tho we do get some scenes like that in the anime this one is the dirtiest one 😂
