Not familiar with Kakomu, but 'Tis both beautiful & slightly dark/haunting... can seem a tragic suicide by drowning because of the semi-lifeless look in the eyes & all the blue cold colouring. The gold edge lining is a nice touch to offset the cool colours. Well done!

If the speed was a bit slower, it would be more enjoyable but the overall finished piece is exceptionally beautiful and evokes great thought and mood. I love the style, vivid color and look of movement
