Bhaiya ye recipe sirf local chicken aur duck ke saath hi suit karta hai. Try sesame seed with duck and gourd. Duck ka skin mat nikaliye...pehle whole duck ko thoda roast karke uska tel nikaliye....masale mein sirf Ginger -garlic paste with green chilli, black pepper, thoda sa garam masala pani dene se pehle, tez patta.
