Hello Everyone, this is my Second Recipe to share.

Zimple Ngredients:
1 kg of pork spare ribs
½ teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon oyster sauce
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon of iodized salt
3 large size of onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 pork cubes
1 liver spread
1 tablespoon of pickles
Water
Total time to spend to cook the Kalderetang Batangas is 2 hours.
Preparation : 1 hour
Cooking: 1 hour
Zimple Procedure:
1. Boil the pork spare ribs for 15 minutes then rinse.
2. Boil again for 30 minutes and separate the pork with the excess water.
3. While boiling, chop onions and garlic.
Cooking:
1. Saute small amount of onion and garlic.
2. Put the pork spare ribs, pork cubes, salt, black pepper and excess water then leave it for 5 minutes.
3. Then, put all onions, soy sauce and oyster sauce and leave it for 10 minutes.
4. Then, stir the mixtures and leave it for 20 minutes, put small amount of water if needed.
5. Then, put pickles and liver spread and leave it for 10 minutes.
6. After almost 1 hour, Kalderetang Batangas is cooked and ready to eat.
This is my second recipe to share and hope it would be of help specially to all mommies out there like me.
