2 medium Onion, sliced
4 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Chicken Powder
3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Dried Bay Leaves
2 cups Coconut Milk (first extract)
4 medium Potatoes
2 medium Carrots
Bellpepper
Hotdogs
1 cup Cheese

1:00 2 Hotdog (optional)
1:07 Oil in a pan, lightly fry..
2:17 on the same pan, saute' 2 Tbsp Garlic, minced ever low to medium heat
2:24 until lightly brown..
2:37 2 medium Onion, sliced
2:44 saute' until soft and aromatic
3:09 then add in 2 kilos Chicken (serving sized)
3:19 tsp Chicken Powder
3:25 1 tsp Black Pepper
3:30 dried Bay Leaves
3:35 Tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
3:59 stirring occasionally to avoid sticking from the pan..
4:20 and let's continue to simmer..
4:42 add 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
5:27 cups Coconut Milk (first extract)
5:48 let boil..
6:10 Bellpepper
6:14 fried potato and carrot
6:19 Hotdog..
6:43 cup Cheese
6:50 then cover until cheese' melts
7:05 stir for a few minutes
7:21 and ready to serve!!
