Procedure:
Chicken
4 pcs. Calamansi
Soy sauce
Water
2 pcs. Medium Potato
2pcs. Medium Carrots
1 pcs.Bell Pepper
Liver Spread
Coconut milk
Cheese
Pepper
Tomato Paste
Chilli Powder (Optional)
5 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
1. Marinate the Chicken with Soy sauce and Calamansi Juice. Add Pepper , Mix well and Set Aside.
2. Fry the Potatoes, Carrots and Bell Pepper in a Pan . After frying them all set aside.
3. In the same pan saute Garlic and Onion .
4. Add the Marinates chicken and reserved the marinate. Cook chicken till 8-10 minutes or till brown outside
5. Add tomato paste and cook till 3 minutes .
6. Add the reserved marinate, water, liver spread, cheese and gata.
7. Let it simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, then add the carrots and potatoes. Optional chili powder. Mix Well .
8. Let the coconut to reduce and oil will comes out.
9. Add the Bell Pepper and cooks for more minutes .
10. Serve with Hot Rice ....
