The new Sailor Moon Proplica is here! Who else loves the Kaleidomoon Scope as much as I do? It's amazing and huge, you can totally cosplay as Super Sailor Moon like in the new SeraMyu! I got mine from an awesome friend who preordered it on AnimeOsaka for me so I got the early Japanese release! Totally awesome! I also cover the Miniturely Tablet collection 5 a bit at the end.

Ugh my wallet hurts. I only have the two locket and the spiral moon heart rod, and of course I want the whole collection. I have this one from the 90s that I bought used on eBay so it’s pretty beat up

Yikes, what did they do to this poor wand? Visually, it's perfection. The sound control is AWFUL. I saw another video with all the sounds. I don't recognize most of them and I doubt most fans will unless they watch the anime at least once a year. Did you notice they skip two important sounds from the anime? The first is the monster destruction sound, ending with the monster shouting "Stage Out!". The second being the sound attack when Super Moon and Super Chibi Moon destroy Queen Badiane in the movie.

I agree, visually it is beautiful, however, the sounds....ugh. I don't know why they are starting the trend of having to do the sound effects yourself. This is why I haven't gotten every single proplica. Almost every one of them has inaccurate sound effects or something visually wrong with them. Sad, but true.

ALL the Sailor Moon toys in the 90s sucked. My first exposure ever to Sailor Moon was seeing the toy commercials and made me think, "Man, this series looks like shit." And yet over a decade later, I bought the entire series on DVD on a whim....

Most could have been better, yeah. The SuperS changers(Crisis and Chibi Moon Compacts, Crystal Change Rod) were the best, barring the fact the Chibi Moon Compact plays the theme song and not the transformation music. The CCR might be the best of the roleplay toys, it actually talks! Says "Crystal Power, Make-up!". The DX Star Power Stick released during SuperS and the Eternal Moon Article are the worst. Star wand makes a noise that sounds like rapid gun fire, Stars compact from the last season looks very pretty, but makes random beeps like a microwave.

I'm been contemplating getting the Kaleidomoon Scope, but I just wasn't sure if the price was worth it... But it looks so awesome when it glows and they expertly hid the speaker holes and everything! I do hope the screw issue isn't a problem for everyone though. And those miniturely tablets are so adorable! I didn't get this set, but I will definitely have to. The Moon Stick looks like the perfect size for a BJD.

For two years I compensated on getting the moon spiral heart rod $100 is a lot of money! But one of my friends came in and split it with me I think this is a rather expensive one I would honestly wait until it either goes on sale or they release the final one because that's gonna be the most expensive I believe everyone should have their favorite holy Grail

When you put the batteries in, didn't they keep popping out and wouldn't stay in? That's how mine are for the heart wand proplica :( They won't stay in by themselves unless I screw the back on. I think this is why my wand isn't working. Are they supposed to pop out every time I try to push them in? Or are they supposed to be pushed in all the way where they don't come out by themselves?

@Sailor Aije Tortilla I also had the issue with the screw because the batteries wouldn't stay in, and I barely unscrew the back and it pops off as well.

Such a shame Sailor Moon got this far but we never got the Ojamajo Doremi and Creamy Mami Proplica, Takara should really consider acquiring the rights for Doremi like they did with Creamy and CCS since they were Bandai as well, Bandai is really unprofessional, but still, this Proplica is gorgeous, but such a same they only care for Sailor Moon

Sailor Moon is what sells. It's the most famous magicial girl anime, and arguably the most famous shojo anime of all time. Sailor Moon is also more remembered for the toys and costumes, whereas something like Cardcaptor Sakura is more well known for being a totally perfect anime that actual beats the manga, and it's focus on different sorts of romance(Including a very positive portrayal of a gay couple). How many people remember Ojamajo Doremi and Creamy Mami? I consider myself a respectable otaku and have never heard of Mami.

very nice looking wand; however, I just feel let down once again by the Proplica line. I'm too hard to please I suppose. It would have been really neat if they included chibiusa bell and pegasus sounds as well. I mean, HELLO!!!!!!!!!!. and the fact that the music repeats twice (unlike the anime) and there is no STAGE OUT! ugh . get with it Proplica!

it so pretty! i definitely am having a hard time choosing which of the proplica line is my favorite! (its between the kaidoscope and heart rod!) as for the screw for the battery cover, mine did not have any problems. i just had to press down firmly as i screwed the cap back on!
