If you are meditating and have difficulty visualizing things or having difficulty viewing images, watching the kaleidoscope videos is one way to improve this. My tip: Before your next meditation, take a look at one of the kaleidoscopes for 10-15 minutes (longer is of course also possible) and then go into your meditation.
