Saw them last week in Louisville. I have to say that that guy is one of the most talented musicians I’ve seen. Mandolin, Guitar and Harmonica show that this guys is a total beast
So TRUE... But then again (and definitely not to take anything away from Thor!!) the same can be said for each and every member of Kaleo. They're ALL so insanely talented!!!
@@f.b.i7408 Definitely do not miss seeing them LIVE! I'd never seen them live before, but since I've seen and heard so many of their performances online I thought I knew what to expect when I attended their SF concert last month. But boy was I wrong! Somehow they're even more powerful live!! I was absolutely floored... felt something akin to a spiritual experience...
This is probably the best KALEO video on RU-vid. As a guitar player, not only was the acoustic session awesome, but I have never seen an acoustic rendition of No Good. Thanks so much.
@@renatooliveira6418 I’m not a pro at it either. Except for the part where he slides to the 5th fret, it’s mostly all in the first three frets. I’d go and break it down bit by but until you can figure out each piece
I was telling my son , who turned me on to these guys , They are the best thing to come out since Nirvana . His voice is 2nd to none right now and they are all so talented and so tight and just feed off each other . I am blown away every time I hear them
Huge props to Thor on the harmonica! He played the guitar solos from No Good on harmonica, which is incredibly hard to do and he nailed it. He also nailed the mandolin in the first song and the slide guitar in song #2, what a versatile talent.
I had the greatest luck to assist to his concert yesterday, had been looking forward to it since it got posponed for a year because of Covid, and my GOD he did not disappoint!!! his voice is just perfect... The entire band are amazing each of them complement eachother so much!!! He has to be one of the very few artists who is even better when he sings live. All songs sounded like the studio version, it was crazy! Much love to the entire band!! So talented all💙
I’ve seen them twice live, once 3 weeks ago and another one back in 2017. They were already awesome back then but man if they got better overtime… It doesn’t make sense to me, they are just too good to be so little known
I just saw them in Charlotte a few days ago and was blown away. I can't believe how good they sound live- vocals, guitar, harmonica, bass. All of it was just perfect.
Amazing talent.... haven't heard anything that I do not like & to hear this played acoustically with just the two of them emphasizes their talent. Just bought my tickets for their Port Chester NY show. Can't wait!

Most Icelanders do. Those of JJ's age started learning English around 13 years old and many knew the basics before they started learning it in school. Today some kids start learning English as early as preschool.
