So I've spent the last hr listening and relistening to this version, mashup of these songs. And it seems that there are like 4 channels with the EXACT same version, and no one acknowledges the others. So either all fake accounts of the same group. Or peoples are snagging this song and titling their own.
You just described one of the most common problems we face in bootlegging. Since copyright protected material is used, a mashup producer cannot claim any protection for his work. That means that anyone can reupload and state that it's their work (or simply not mentioning the original producer). This is my mix, I first uploaded the video 2 years ago, other accounts also uploaded it (either the same video or just the audio with different video images). Surprisingly mine got blocked several times by RU-vid, while others' remained in the platform. I have no idea how this works (and why / double standards (?). Since I have lots of my blocked mixes reuploaded by other accounts, I decided that I will edit the clips [removing the identified as copyright protected video parts and replacing them with different images], since they're ...my mashups, and this channel is a portfolio of my work! @@KillmRDJmashups I will let you know that I have looked at many of the original uploads, and yes, have been a longtime follower of this channel. I remember when this specifically was uploaded, hence my efforts to find the fakes. Being aware of those pesky BS antics of the RU-vid copyright loop holes, the only suggestion I may have is a section of the song that is pivatal to the entirety of it all, and make it undeniably yours. A shout out or name. Purely an opinion towards a means, and by no means is it a definite fix or even a usable fix. Either way, do as you do and do not stop An avid musical fan and a Mashup/cover junkie. These songs hit the best of multiple world's, and I thank you for your work.
