Kali Solo Knife Gunting Drill 

This is a solo knife drill tutorial on the 'gunting' motion from Filipino Martial Arts. 'Gunting' means scissors, and is a simultaneous motion of slashing and passing. If you don't have a partner you can do this drill to get the reps in. Make sure that you maintain good posture, footwork, and proper chambering positions!
