@@rashmisatpathy5127 During Kali Yuga, Narada advised Rishis who were performing Yajna to decide who could be given the fruits of yagna among Trimurtis. Bhrigu was sent to test Trimurtis. The sage who had an extra eye in the sole of his foot visited Brahma and Shiva and went unnoticed in both these locations. At last he visited Vishnu and the lord acts as if he had not noticed Bhrigu. Getting angered by this act, sage Bhrigu kicked Vishnu in the chest, to which Vishnu did not react and instead apologised to the Sage by massaging his feet. During this act, he squashed the extra eye that was present in the sole of Bhrigu's foot. However Lakshmi finds it as an insult and had left Vaikuntam onto Earth to Kolhapur and started meditating. Vishnu bore human form as Srinivasa, left Vaikuntam, in search of Lakshmi, reached Tirumala Hills and started meditating. Lakshmi came to know about the condition of Srinivasa and prayed to Shiva and Brahma. Shiva and Brahma then converted themselves into Cow and Calf and Goddess Lakshmi had handed over the cow and calf to Chola king ruling over Tirumala Hills at that time. The Cow would provide milk to Srinivasa daily while it was taken for grazing. One day Cowherd saw this and tried to beat the Cow with staff but Srinivasa had borne the injury. Getting angered by this Srinivasa had cursed the Chola king to become a Demon as dharma says Servants sin should be borne by Kings. The king prayed for mercy after which Srinivasa said to him, that the King should take next birth as Akasaraja and should perform marriage of his daughter Padmavati with Srinivasa. Srinivasa went to his mother Vakula Devi on Tirumala hills and stayed there for a while. After curse Chola king took rebirth as Akasaraja and he had a daughter named Padmavati who was born in the Padmapushkarini situated at present day Tiruchanur in Andhra Pradesh. Srinivasa married Padmavati at present day Narayanavanam in Andhra Pradesh and will return to Tirumala Hills.

Hello, for those who do not understand the language, let me tell you what I know from the Sthala purana of Tirumala and also other books. Once, a group of sages were performing a yagna on the banks of the Ganga. Sage Narada arrives and questions them about as to who amongst the Trimurtis should get the benefits of this yagna. They decided that the one who is “Sarvashreshta” among the three should get it. This task is assigned to Sage Brighu. Now, this sage has an “agyana-netra” on his foot which makes him very haughty and tempermental. He first goes to Brahmalok, find Brahma busy reciting the Vedas and Goddess Saraswathi playing music. They do not notice his arrival. Enraged, he curses Brahma that you will never be worshipped on Earth. Next, Shivalok. There again, he finds Shiva-Parvati engaged in nritya, busy enough to not notice him. This time, he curses Lord Shiva that he would be worshipped on earth only in the form in a Lingam. Finally, Vishnuloka. On again not being welcomed on arrival, Sage Brighu kicks Lord Vishnu on the right side of his chest-Vakshasthala, the abode of Goddess Lakshmi. Lord Narayana does not get angry but instead cajoles Sage Brighu, massages his foot saying that it must be hurt after kicking his chest and stealthily, presses his third eye on the foot, thus killing his ego and anger. Sage Brighu, acknowledging that he is greatest among the Trimurtis, leaves. But, Mother Laxmi is very hurt that the sage had kicked Lord Vishnu at the place where she resides. She decides to leave Vaikuntha and finally comes to Kolhapur. Feeling desolate and forlone, Lord Vishnu too descends on Earth at Tirumala as Lord Srinivasa. There he meditates for ages and calls for Goddess Laxmi to return. In this Kaliyuga, Lord Brahma and Shiva descend on Earth and take the form of a cow and a calf. The cow feeds its milk to Lord Venkateshwara. Thinking that this cow belongs to the local king, the cowherd decides to punish it by throwing his axe at it. Lord Srinivasa saves the cow but receives a wound on his head. Wandering, he reaches the hut of Vakula mata, who is none but Yashoda mata, to whom Lord Krishna had promised that she would attend his wedding in his next avatar as it was her wish. Now, let me add that there are eight forms of Goddess Laxmi. She, in the form of Sridevi (goddess of wealth) is in Kolhapur. She, in the form of Bhudevi (the earth goddess) takes incarnation as Goddess Padmavathi in Tiruchanur, and is adopted by Akasa Raja, the local King. Lord Srinivasa, while on a hunt saves Goddess Padmavathi from an angry Elephant. They instantly fall in love with each other. Lord Venkateshwara requests Vakula Mata to talk to the king and arrange their marriage, which she does. But since, Goddess Sridevi had left him, the Lord had no money for his marriage. So, he borrows some from Kubera assuring him that his, devotees would pay-back the loan as a donation to the temple whenever they visit Tirumala. The celestial wedding is performed with all Devas in attendance. Goddess Sridevi comes to know of this and comes to Narayanavanam, the place where the wedding took place. She agrees to the wedding and both Sridevi and Bhudevi take residence on the right and left sides of the chest of Lord Venkateshwara, respectively. But, Tirumala, actually belongs to Varaha- the boar headed incarnation of Lord Vishnu himself. Hence, Lord Venkateshwara makes an agreement with Varaha Swamy that he would be the kshetra-palaka of Tirumala and that the wishes of his devotees would only be fulfilled if they first visit Varaha swamy temple on the banks of the Swamy Puskarini-the temple pond at Tirumala (after having a bath in the Swami Pushkarini). Lord Srinivasa hence resides in Tirumala as the saviour of his devotees granting them boons and fulfilling their wishes. Om Namoh Venkateshaya Om Namoh Srinivasaya
Thank you for the information. But I have one doubt , there are two padmavatis one in tiruchanur as you told and the other in the tirupati balaji temple.which one of them is goddess lakshmi's avathar and which one is Akasha Raja's daughter
@@rajathavinyaS15 Goddess Sita is worshiped in her place of birth, Janakpur, Nepal but also in Ayodhya in which she was married. Similarly Goddess Padmavathi is also worshipped in Tiruchanur, her birth place and in Tirumala. If you see the moola viraat of Sri Varu, Sridevi is on the right side of his chest, whereas Bhoodevi is on the left. They are decorated separately with flowers and jewellery. Both are the avatars of Lakshmi (read about Ashta Lakshmi). Bhoodevi was the daughter of Akasa Raka, a king of the Chola Dynasty. Watch Kalyanam on SVBC.
Lord Vishnu= Lord Rama, Lord Krishna, Lord Venkatesha, Lord Narsimha, Lord Jagannatha, Lord Vitthala, Lord Bhadrinath, Lord Vamana....so many forms he took for us, he is great.
I don't understand the language fully but the song conveyed the emotions. Especially that Om Namo Narayanaya gave goosebumps. Hats off to South film industry. Films like these need to be shown more. Waiting for an another masterpiece. Jai Shri Balaji 🙏
At least south movies have guts shown our culture and moral ethics. Today's generation need this kind of movies. It depicts who we are and we are not different.
The temple is basically tamil. It exists at the then boundary between the Chola and other kingdoms. In preindependence era, it was a part of the Madras presidency. Postindependence, it became a part of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh as a part of an agreement. But does this really matter. It is said that with every exhale of Vishnu, millions of universes are created and millions in their last kalpa are destroyed, when he inhales.
@@eodum13 The ones who cancelled the order with Nandini after 30 years of continuous supply for kick backs. The people who did not check the ingredients regularly and stringently. The finished prasadam is checked regularly though. Finally we hindus, who still pay jaziya in 2024 and keep quite when such things happen, repeatedly, in some form or the other, across the country. Until we change, nothing will.
Tears in my eyes when I am listening this song I don't understand the language but it touches to my heart and goosebumps, Narayana means lord Vishnu my aaradhya daivat.
Jai Shri Balaji That's why I love South industry becoz they love n respect over culture. Not like bollywood who Continuesly defame Hinduism and praise peaceful religion. Not like bollywood actors.
I don't understand the language fully but the music with such a passion seems just marvelous. Only South film industry is living upto its name as Indian film industry.
All such movies are actually telugu movies. Tamil movies and malayalam movies are different. Whatever south movies we watch are mostly telugu movies which is tollywood. So from now just don't say south movies they are telugu movies or say tollywood.
