Addicted man always needs alcohol. Ban will make them pick these illegal drugs more. We should streamline the process of liquor distribution. That is the reason Govt took over TASMAC. Problem is instead of seeing that as normal distribution Govt took this as source of income. Govt set targets for selling athu tha problem. i think everyone forgot what it was before TASMAC.
