WATCH IN HD!!!!WARNING! CONTAINS SPOILERS!!!!!! Kallen and Lelouch never really had a chance to have a love life.
I remember on episode 14 of season 1 C.C told lelouch that he should keep those who you don't want to loose at a distance so when they kissed and he didn't say anything, I bet he was taking C.C's advise. And he died so they never really had a chance. This song in a way matches the relationship. Its kind of sad.

I believe he really did start developing feelings for Kallen, but after losing and even killing so many people, he didn't want her to share the same fate as him since he knew he was going to die. He must have been so torn during those last few moments before during and after that kiss when he tells her farewell. TTnTT he gave up everything for a better world All Hail Lelouch

The first time I watched Code Geass I didn't realize it because of all of her fan service, but Kallen is a really amazing character.

I do believe lelouch loved her but if Kallen had stayed what he had been working for would be in vain becuase Kallen would most likely be punished for siding with lelouch

Though my OTP is Lelouch x C.C, I really like him with Kallen as well. Both C.C and Kallen had great dynamics with him. I'm glad Kallen understood what he did at the end.

I love this couple. I fell in love with them even before watching the anime thanks to all the youtube videos. Many of them were really well made, and after actually watching it, I was definitely a Kallen x Lelouch fan.

I really do think that lelouch fell inlove with her but gave up halfway though fearing that he'll cause her death if he keeps her that's why he puts on a poker face on the kiss scene and Kallen was the only girl that he can act freely, he even teases her when its only the two of them and i can guarantee that Lelouch really love those times. remember the his answer to the question "if happiness can take form what would it be for you?" the kallen's image with him stayed longer than the others

Kallen for me is the best among all other characters has the closest feel to that of a real person, she is the perfect reflection of someone who is inlove and is in a deep struggle with herself because it given that her character is boyish.

Well done on the vid. I have to agree with most of the comments in regard to the feelings of Lelouch toward Kallen. Personally I think he didn't really feel much for her at first but came to love and rather heavily depend on her over time. The mere fact that he tells her "You have to live." when he pushes her away and is literally facing a firing squad proves he cares for her, seeing as he truly was expecting to die and knew she would die with him if she thought that she hadn't simply been used.

Lelouch loved Kallen, but he kept her at a distance to keep her alive; like when he was about to get executed as Zero by the Black Knights, he told her to live. Then even after surviving and rising to the Emperor of Britannia he still let her go so he could fulfill the Zero Requiem.

I think LeLouch had the most self-control of any anime character i have ever seen before. Some of the shit he goes through, and just bears the mask of Zero, he walked a very fine line between genius and madman, and it took ALOT of balls to do it.

If u think as lulu does, u find that he already express his love when he said kallen is his biggest pawn. Coz on the chessboard , it real means "kallen, you are my queen". Well, kallen is not smart enough to get it.

I think there r too many Shirley x lelouch and C.C x Lelouch fans,Kalulu nearly beats LelouchxEuphie fans. But the song really does fit Lelouch and Kallen. He knew he if he wanted Kallen to be alive,he would have to push her away. I even read some where that Lelouch knew that he could never have Kallen,but he still wanted her to live on. I'm just happy that their kiss was confirmed to be mutual by Sunrise

ONLY one other than CCs that is mentioned is VVs code, which Charles vi Britannia takes and the ONLY way Lelouch could have obtained this would be by killin his father, which he DOESNT DO, his father is absorbed by Cs World. So there was no chance for him to obtain a code. The facts within the anime that show how lelouchs sacrifice was genuine and he died. Then OUTSIDE of the anime we have the CREATOR who specifically stated in an interview in response to this very debate that Lelouch is dead.

I've been reading a lot of posts saying how Lelouch is immortal and stuff like that (spoiler), but I don't like the idea. Like how a cherry blossom tree's flowers will become more beautiful if they grow near ground with dead bodies and blood, the ending was a masterpiece because Lelouch died. It showed that wishes and peace have a price and true heros always die. I loved the character, Lelouch, and honestly would have loved to see him live, but I know that it wouldn't be the same if he did.

Just watched CG almost two months ago, and in a single watch, Kalulu chemistry / dynamics was too obvious. Authors had to keep them separated/ interrupted on purpose, so to make things ambiguous and gather opinions from fans so to draw ideas. So yeah, what hurts actually is how creators decided to go for a milky cow, rather than give some justice to the OTP.

That is a very big misconception she never truly betrayed him but merely fought against him to discover the truth, if she was truly against him she could have easily killed him (as I assume you are referring to the incident with the Gurren). As for much earlier in S1 when she runs off on him basically resulting in his capture by Suzaku that was simply cause she literally couldn't handle the truth that he was Zero and she more than made up for it in her rescue at the start of S2.

i totally agree with ur Video info on C.C.s advice to him on Season 1 to keep people he loves at a distance. Man if he wasnt gunna kill himself in the end i bet they wouldve ended up together. they shld make a Movie or OVA to tie up some loose ends! i mean its pretty obvious that Lelouch isnt dead,but if writers say he is there are still reasons for them to make an OVA or a movie, its so Kallen can confess to Lelouch on his grave ^^

@arthurpendragonsyt Kallen did realize Lelouch lie, but only after Lelouch completed his plan. People always discuss LelouchXKallen, LelouchXC.C. LelouchXShirley. But in my opinion Lelouch isn't fit for them all. Or better said: Lelouch isn't fit for a relationship. Zero is his relationship, his lie to complete his goal. Everything else just comes second in his live. No matter how much he cares for them.

i believe Lelouch was still alive and now immortal(just like what CC was before) b/c Suzaku accepted a Geas at the end of the series when he stabbed him and CC was talking to Lelouch when she was on top the hay stack

@12312344191 I think he died but so did C2 through the series. I think that he became immortal and died in the end, but came back to life in the end. He probably didn't tell anybody so it would be a clean break. This is wishful thinking but it's open to interpretation. The director said that he want the audience to use there own imagination for a couple of things so he didn't tell us everything in the anime.

I like to say that Lelouch died BUT started a new life under another name (Like when he faked his and Nunnally's death and started a new life). I think, and is what I say forever, that lelouch is just going to see if anything unpeaceful happes later on in the future so he would be there to stop it.
