38 dollars for two handmade N690 blades are too cheap to nag. Very bad review video.👎

I'm sorry you didn't like it. The blade itself isn't really the issue, it's the rest of the knife. My biggest issue is safety honestly. The blade retention in the closed position is almost non-existent. I can excuse certain things with knives being so inexpensive, safety isn't one of them. Thanks for watching and the feedback.

I live in the city where these knives are made. They are definitely not industrial mass production. They have extremely meticulous and handmade efforts on them. Not to be confused with Chinese productions. The place and importance of the knife is very high in our city and culture. You can check Yatagan knives. Opinel knives are inspired from Yatagan knives as written in their web pages. I'm sorry you're not satisfied.

Thanks for writing. I like to learn about other cultures and see how knives are relevant to them. The blades themselves on these were fine and I'm sure that's a testament to makers. My guess is they are much more experienced at fixed blades. Folding knives, especially locking ones, are a different animal and I'm guessing that was the issue here.

All the reviews on their website are fake (they use the same wording on every one) and their instagram posts have 0 reviews, even though I tried to leave one.. this is the only honest review I could find so thank you!! I was about to spend 150$ (cad, so about 115$ usd) on a knife on their website if not for this review!!

I'm really glad you found it helpful. It's an even bigger shame they post fake reviews. These particular knives are poorly manufactured and unsafe in my opinion.

Overall, I doubt you know what you're talking about in regards to knives. Also, you are too coarse; just because you paid a little money, it doesn't give you the right to insult a craftsman's effort. These knives, among many others of Turkey are hand made with deep history behind them. I recommend you to stick with Chinese factory knives which are flawless cosmetically but shite when it comes to heat treatment or overall quality, or American ones if you want to pay unnecessarily huge amounts of money for no reason. You clearly had a better experience with your Kam knife than I did. The type of steel and price are irrelevant when it's this poorly executed. The bottom line is they don't pass basic safety standards of a pocket knife. They are so bad I refuse to even sell them because I don't want someone getting injured. Hopefully your Kam knives are better and safer than mine.

I bought Same the T30 model knife n690 modern higonakami traditional knife from Kam Knife, but the blade arrived deformed with noticeable poor finishing. I contacted the company to request a replacement, and they agreed. I returned the knife as instructed, but the company refused to accept the parcel from the postman, leading to the return of the knife without delivery.i am so diappointed with the garbage knife.very bad knife with bad customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND KAM KNIFE

I'm really sorry you had a bad experience too. I'm very disappointed to hear that their customer service is as poor as their knives. Hard to imagine they will be in business long.
