I understand what you’re saying, but you also have to understand that this is a very fictional world. I’m 1912, it would not have been even slightly accepted for women to be fighting like that alongside men. But as we can see, many women in the demon slayer universe do. There also weren’t exactly man eating demons with regenerative powers in 1912 either. My point is, it’s a fictional world where things don’t have to go according to historical times. I agree that civilians would likely shun them, but it’s been shown that the demon slayer corps is for people who are considered “different” to go. That’s how it’s portrayed. I personally think that would include gay people because there sure as hell were some gay people in 1912. I apologize if this comes off as rude, I don’t want to start an argument
