Have had a Vision pro for 12 years, October I bit the big bullet for a BJ3 and have certainly enjoyed the extra space & multiple levels. It’s a lot of $$$ but if your on the fence, take the plunge…..you want regret it.
Nice Demonstration Darren, I think there pricing themselves out of Market, I believe Big Joe 3 close to 3 G. They are very versatile and have many accesories. I always thought I wanted one but the Weber Summit Charcoal is a good contender at a more affordable price.
they still have the Classic 1 as an entry level unit.. they just expanded their offerings... The Weber Summit is priced right there with the Classic 2 and actually some places had the Classic 2 selling at $600 at closeout of summer..
@@FireWaterCooking Big Joe III is still $3K. Seems like a huge premium in price just to get some extra space. I guess it is true, though, that all of the accessories will have to be upscaled in size to work on the larger grill, so that would add some COGS to each component. Still -- I think a person would have to grill a lot of big jobs to justify the price.
Great video! Although I realize this was posted about a year ago, I would like to offer a little feedback. By no means am I trying to nitpick; however, there were some glaring errors which I would like to draw attention to, purely from the point of view that simple errors like this can really hurt your credibility. The most significant of which you described the hinge system as being hydraulic, there is nothing hydraulic about it. It is in fact a counterbalanced spring actuated hinge. To a lesser degree, you described the ceramic dome as weighing 25 to 30 pounds, in fact it weighs 40 lbs. Still a great video, I'm offering the feedback purely from a point of view of constructive feedback.
