Black voters' excitement for the election seems to have increased when Harris entered the race. Black registered voters say they would definitely vote in the most recent poll, up from 68% in June. That was 82% of voters overall in the most recent poll, which is similar to what it was in June. Black voters now believe, at 63%, that they personally think it is very important to vote, much like other voters. In June, however, Black registered voters were less inclined to say this, at 66% overall and 57% among Black voters.
