Kamala Harris given a ‘security blanket’ with CNN interview 

Former Victorian Liberal Party president Michael Kroger discusses Kamala Harris’ decision to line up her first interview with CNN after 40 days as the Democrat nominee.
The latest Fox News poll shows Kamala Harris is closing the gap with Donald Trump in the Sun Belt states - including Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and North Carolina.
“Look what she is doing; she is doing an interview with the least-watched cable news network in America,” Mr Kroger said.
“She is doing a prerecorded interview ... and she is taking on the vice president.
“You couldn’t have a bigger security blanket than all of those three things put together.”
