The lack of empathy for Palestinians is truly horrifying, all those who have died deserve to be remembered but for me the deaths of children is the hardest to take. Yes--that sickness that, in over 60 years, I never fully grasped until the aftermath of 10/7. My faith in "humanity" has never been so close to disappearing altogether. Every night I go to bed trying to wrap my head around the fact that not only are so many people utterly complacent about the unthinkable suffering and death, but also that there are people who actively cheer it on (and fund it with our money). I'm not an especially sensitive person, and I'm no saint, and I've done some stupid and terrible things in my life, but this... I wouldn't even treat flies so atrociously. Where does the sickness come from?

Trade wars morph into shooting wars, and now we risk EVERYTHING with another world war, now with nuclear warheads, and HYPERSONIC missiles that leave even less time to decide whether to launch, or was it a flock of geese?
And for whatever reason, the people I know who love to preach morals - and the countries we know that do the same - are all very quiet all of a sudden.

Israel has at no point not had the ability to defend itself, experiencing a terrorist attack is not something that bombs help defend against. Gaza on the other hand has never had any ability to defend itself, and bombs given to their attacker is the biggest threat to their ability to do so. I'm already sick of this woman.

She's made it known on several occasions she's deeply concerned about the loss of life and the suffering of the Palestinian people, she publicly snubbed Netanyahu on his address to Congress, and as VP she's not in any position to publicly take exception to any aspect of US foreign policy; moreover, there's nothing to suggest that she WON'T change course if elected. And you're right, the election of Trump will not only be infinitely WORSE for Palestinians, but game over for Planet Earth. Vote blue.

I've been following your channel for some time and this war if for any, has opened my eyes to politics in the US. If you were to be Kamala Harris or any politician in the US, or any western countries at that, you cannot win an election if you come out and openly criticise Israel. That's a fact. I make bold to say that democracy is no longer the same again as what we all know it to be. It's gone.
She said the word Israel several times and no Palestine. She mentioned the Palestinian people in the end. Israel is pictured as being the victim and the attacked one by Hamas but when she mentions the suffering in Gaza etc no one is to blame.
As an American I am so ashamed, so angered, and frustrated because, like so many Americans, we know we live under an oligarchy which is bent on the genocide we are committing but our wishes have no weight. Maybe someday we will rise up and throw our corrupt and empirical government. I am 87 so I won’t live to see it, but I can speak up and hope more will see the light soon.
