If you give every house buyer $25K, every house just increased in price by $25K. I always suspected economic advisors were not too bright -- this proves it to me. Every day i get a few calls from corporate boiler room employees extending offers to buy my house. Did you watch the entire debate? I did. President Biden, ill with COVID. jet l;agged and tired from WORKING in the European Summit meeting, struggled for only about 20 minutes and he never strayed from the truth throughout. Trump spent the entire hour and a half RE-RUNNING HIS USUAL LIES, ALL OF WHICH HAD BEEN THOROUGHLY DEBIUNKED. Trump's de=licensed doctor, Ronnie Jackson, had him completely "jacked up." In the long run, I think Trump's solution to the abortion debate will be the best outcome for federal elections. Push it to the states, keep it out of the federal elections and people can vote on the bills at the state level. FL will be a good example this election. I read dozens of women who miss their child and remember their child and say 'now he would be 3 years old' another womam described it as 'it leaves a little scar on your soul' and now people or media act like being able to abort is favourable like .. If you are well intended: A bit ago there were some proposals to force Property Corporations w/ more than some 10s of Million$ of Single Family or Multi-units owned to divest (10yr-rule?) and thereby break the control that these corporations had over the U.S. housing market. That conversation ceased w/2023 new "R" House. Mind, the corporate Dems weren't all that enthusiastic about that idea (wonder why?, see 'Stock Trading' and Nancy Pelosi) but it would have been a GOOD START on taming the housing prices in our country. Forcing people into desperation to keep a roof over their kids should not be part of the American Narrative. We can do better. Keep Bernie in your heart, and Vote Harris-Waltz.
