Tell me, why do us Americans have to prove with a certified birth certificate , who we are, to have a drivers license? Illegal people are given them with rights to vote? What? I'm pretty sure they don't have the birth certificate we had to show!
Also where I live when you go to DMV to get your license not only do you have to have your birth certificate, but we also have to show proof of our residency. So if for some reason you are an American and have to live at a hotel or stay with family and you don't have some type of utility bill or a pay stub with your address on it you have a damn hard time trying to get a driver's license!
