Combo + Kamehameha: Goku vs Piccolo jr. Meteor Combination beatdown is a total fire and jumping Kamehameha is a cherry on top of that

at 0:31 kid goku voice is exactly timeskip luffy's voice. are they both the same voice actor. and at 1:32 idk why goku voice is soooo bad, but this is what you expect for goku when he is 15-16 years old
Maybe because it's originally recorded in Japanese audio? Did you think about that? Rather, my explanation is that DBZ comes from a Japanese animation studio, so the mouth models and mouth animations are tailored to the audio/movement of how a Japanese person's mouth moves when talking. It's out of sync because English wouldn't directly correlate to the way Japanese words are pronounced. It would be the same for watching an English dubbed movie, that was originally made/produced first in Japan. But yes, some of the characters voices do sound bad.
