In my opinion, Katrina Kaif is the best at modern dance (in her generation -- there are some new/younger actresses that can dance more hip hop). However, I think there are other actresses that dance better at traditional Indian dances than Katrina. If you want to watch the best belly dancing it's Rani Mukerji's "Aga Bai Ayyaa".
