Govt etandike okusolooza omusolo ku buli muntu abeera mu Kampala, omusolo (City maintenance tax) gwa mitwaalo kkumi buli mwezi, sente ezo zilabirirenga obuyonjo bw'ekibuga.

But is not bad though...people need to work to feed the family ...would u prefer a city full of hungry people ..they are hard workers on my opinion not relying on govt to feed them
Not the most congested city in Africa, there's just lack of political will to put things right, hawkers leave markets and display their merchandise on the streets, Boda boda, ride on pavements which is meant for pedestrians, displaying merchandise on pavements by street vendors ,parking in undesignated areas ,discharging sewerage on the roads, playing loud music in residential areas by Bars and night clubs etc
