If the Kabaka was offering a helping loving hand as you say, he would’ve abolished the royal bibanja slavery system imposed on his own Buganda people. Evil begets evil. Nothing less. Now he’s living like a nobody, stressed, sick and his Kingdom has already been irreparably crippled, fast vanishing forever and about to die. He betrayed his people for more power and then got betrayed in return. He’s even lucky he’s still alive. You rip what you cultivate. Repentance is the only solution.
