Arnold is pronounced with the accent on the second syllable, not like the english/american name. I think this is NOT the topology of living organisms or their brains. They have nested levels such that the parts at level n get coarse grained information from level n+1 (with the highest level getting info from external environment), coarse grained information from other parts at that level, and very little information flows in the other direction (from n-1 to n).
