Nishichaya Street is one of the three teahouse streets of Kanazawa (Higashi Chaya Street, Shukeimachi Chaya Street). In the Sanchaya Street, 17 geiko belong to the group, the largest number. Like Higashi Chaya Street, it was established in 1820, and the streetscape of the teahouse district with beautiful lattice remains.
We will introduce you in the order of Nishichaya Street, Kutani Ware Kiln Gen Kutani Kosen Kiln, Old Mori Paper Store, Bodhi Temple Dairenji Temple of the Noble Princess, Rainhoin, Murō Saisei Memorial Hall, and Shinmei Shrine.
