Kane is 100% on the money, the production quality and overall analysis from Cotchin is pretty woeful

I doubt Cotchin had anything to do with the production quality. Things must be tough at Ch7 if they’ve got panel members doing their own graphics and video editing

Talking Footy is painful to watch. You could maybe carry either Selwood or Cotchin, but putting both on at once is a disaster. They have as much business in media as Gerard Wheatley does captaining an AFL side. I can’t see either of them ever being decent media performers.

Kane Cornes jab at Trent Cotchin comes of the back of Trent saying the week before that Cornes "is" & "has always" been salty towards Richmond because on Kane's 300th & last game Richmond beat port and Kane's never got over it. It's true, he never has, he's very salty he finished as a loser! Still don't know why Kane was never in Lord of the rings? He has that Elfin Ork look, especially the ear's, or even in Star trek as a Vulcan with the ears and eye brows.

I've honestly had better analysis of a game of football from watching an episode of the Telly Tubbys. Talking Footy was great in the mid 90’s with Bruce, Sheehan and Blight/Matthews. Every reincarnation since has gradually gotten worse. This version is possibly the worst thing to ever air on Australian TV.

In fairness, the ex-players are being set up to fail. Poor production value, scripting etc. makes life very hard even for people with media experience. That is multiplied for those still trying their hands at it. Throwing them in like this is a bit like a struggling team blooding players who aren't ready for prime time.
