Just a small tips: Drizzle about a teaspoon of coconut oil on top the mor kuzhambu after switching off the stove or just before serving. And using coconut oil for mor kuzhambu actually is a must and not a Kerala style. It’s like a ritual. Just like for frying is kadalai yennai, puli saadham nallanei... just like that for mor kuzhambu it must be cooked only in coconut oil. It’s due to other introductions of other types of oil such as refined oil, sunflower oil bla bla has over right the so called “ritual” of our ancient cooking method. Hope this helps 😉
