Overall it was an insightful debate one that is very much owed to kankanka as the streets quickly painted him as the guilty party. I appreciate the interviewer's banter and trying to make light of serious matters to make the conversation palatable for viewers. Ultimately we'll never know the truth and clearly people prefer viewer clicks over truth decency. The gentleman that kankanka implicates who was on site when Jakana RIP was arrested as well as being in the " state house " should equally be put in the hot seat and made to answer some questions that led to his demise ! To me it sounds like he sold his integrity in order to be at the front like #statehouse or he was already a plant. I understand why Jakana's family would be mad at kankanka because he essentially gave Jakana a platform but like all children there's only so much a parent can do. Jakana even though he was a prolific orator, historian and a man with a distinguished & admirable skillset, he was also pompous in refusing to engage with CID or whoever slapped law suits on the them & kankanka cannot be faulted for going down to the police station after being served he was doing his due diligence as a responsible journalist in uganda. These are regular occurrences in Uganda were journalist have their equipment taken,killed or lives threatened because they reported or published something . Jakana refusing to do the same because "he knows the law ." Is on him . His freind cautioned him however again to be balanced & fair whatever jakana said in that broadcast shouldn't have cost him his life even though he didn't realize he breathed life into the ugandas political mafia with a mere statement. There is no doubt that Kankaka betrayed Jakana. You will recall that he actually stole Jakana's money and Jakana put him to task to account for the money he fundraised and that is when he ran away from him.

I thank God i am a patient listener but the story of liz treating Jakana in hospital and she is paid by telling her that she killed, made me cry because i relate to that story in my family. I think Kankaka is innocent. Our Ugandan security can always get you when they want. I loved Jakana, i listened to them every time, they uploaded the clips, they matched well with Kankaka and it is possible that they had gotten issues between but it doesnt mean that they wished each other death.
