Very sensible and honest talk .. I totally agree with you .. I have learnt Yoga in my childhood for about 6 months in Arya Vaidya Pharmacy for asthma control and i still could feel the freshness when i think about it .. Just like everyone else, i let it go after 1 year trying to chase other things. But still i have a sense of belonging to it and feel to get back to it. I have never felt that fresh when did yoga, you have total control. We all should learn or get back for who already learnt. I dont know proper swimming, can manage, but i can do dead float ie just lying down on water without shaking which is actually very difficult but managed to do as i know to manipulate my breath and bring that control using the small yoga stuff we learnt. This video has gotten me one more step closer to get back to yoga.

Hii... I’m from Sri Lanka. It’s a wonderful video and I started doing kabal bathi even I don’t have much yoga experience. I’ve done some simple yoga in my fitness trainings. When I saw your video I tried to sing Kanmaniye and couldn’t go more than 2 lines. But now I can sing the whole 8 lines in one breath. Thank you.

Alex would like to add one more thing that has amazed about kapalapathi was when I was teaching yoga to kids is ,when they are sleepy, they become alert and when u can’t sleep because of stress it calms u and makes u sleep.simple breathing makes u alert yet calms u.this is something that attracted me to this breathing.
